Why we exist
Most software comparison guides are useless. They list the same six tools, copy pricing from a press release, and never tell you what a product actually gets wrong.
We write for founders and operators evaluating software under real constraints — limited budget, limited time, no dedicated IT team. Our job is to give you a direct answer, not a comprehensive one.
How every article works
Every guide on Relvnt follows the same format: a direct recommendation up front, a comparison table, and at least one genuine limitation for every tool we cover.
We don't publish guides where every product gets five stars. If a tool has a real problem, we say so.
Our review methodology
We evaluate every tool across five dimensions: pricing transparency, feature depth for small teams, onboarding complexity, genuine limitations, and integration ecosystem.
We verify all pricing directly from vendor websites before publication. When pricing tiers create confusing jumps (like $0 to $1,600/month), we flag it explicitly.
How we make money
Relvnt earns affiliate commissions when readers sign up for tools through our links. This means our content is free and always will be.
Affiliate relationships never influence our rankings or recommendations. We regularly recommend free tools and competitors of our affiliate partners when they're the better fit.
